Can’t get to Accountants First due to travel or time constraints?

Running a business is demanding and it’s not always easy to access essential business advice when you need it.

Accountants First have developed a Virtual Meetings service to make it easy for you. We’d prefer to see you in person at either our Wellington or Porirua offices but, as business people ourselves; we know that’s not always possible.

How does a Virtual Meeting work?

We can arrange a meeting either via Skype or over the phone.

What is Skype?

Skype is internet or mobile phone-based software that allows users to communicate via webcam, microphone or text. Its easy to use and highly accessible.

The basic internet application is free to download but you will need:

• a webcam (most laptops have these)
• a broadband connection 

Telephone meetings and conferences are even simpler to carry out and this ensures that we can speak with you at a time that is convenient for you.

There may be matters that require a physical meeting but generally a Virtual Meeting is effective for helping you with things like general accounting, business advice, compliance, and tax minimisation.
